How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address on your account (the email you used to sign in or to buy the app).

Write that you want your account and cloud data deleted. We will confirm when it is done. If we need to verify the request, we will reply to that same address.

What we delete from our servers

• Your account record — email, entitlements, and related account fields we store for login and purchases.
• Cloud-backed tracks — copies of saved tracks stored on our server if you used cloud backup.
• Partner application files — if you applied as a store partner, advertising proof images tied to that application.

What stays on your device

• Local tracks, pins, notes, and property lines — stored on your phone by default. Deleting your cloud account does not wipe the copy on that device.
• Cached maps — tiles saved by the browser or home-screen app.

To remove on-device data, delete the home-screen app or clear site data for gettrailtracker.com in your browser settings. If you have cloud backup on more than one device, clear each device separately.

What we may keep

We may retain purchase and payment records as long as needed for billing, tax, refunds, and fraud prevention. We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by Whop. See our Privacy Policy.
